What this website processes
The support portal has no registration, purchase, contact form or advertising analytics. Choosing a language only changes the page URL; choosing a store is requested again for each support action. The portal does not save your store choice.
To deliver and secure the website, its hosting and security infrastructure can process IP addresses, request dates, requested URLs, browser information and security events. These technical records are used for operation, fraud prevention and incident investigation, on the basis of the legitimate interest in providing a secure service. They are retained only for the operational, security and legal purposes that require them.
Service providers and external destinations
The website uses Cloudways hosting and Cloudflare delivery and security services. Their processing is governed by the applicable service and data protection terms. A store link opens the selected external website, which receives the normal connection information and applies its own privacy and cookie notices. This portal does not send order data or personal messages to the stores.

El portal no tiene registro, compras, formularios de contacto ni analítica publicitaria. El idioma se indica en la URL y la elección de tienda se solicita de nuevo en cada acción. No se guarda la tienda elegida.
